- You can return coffee beans within 14 days of the ship date.
- You can return other merchandise within 30 days of the ship date.
- Returns must arrive in their original, new condition including all original packaging.
- Charges will be refunded to your credit card within 30 days of our receipt of return.
- Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. All return shipping charges must be pre-paid.
- Items purchased online can be exchanged, but not returned, to Gimme! Coffee retail stores.
