Our Lead Time
We ship orders placed before 4 PM Eastern Time on the next business day. Orders placed after 4 PM will typically ship two business days later. Our roastery is closed on weekends.
We roast and package to order, so we are typically not able to ship on the day an order is placed. If you have a tight deadline, please email [email protected] to discuss your options.
Free Shipping Deadlines
Our free shipping is provided by UPS Surepost, a service that combines UPS and USPS delivery. UPS Surepost does not have a guaranteed delivery time; it can take five or more days for shipping to distant destinations. Please allow extra time for any orders placed with free shipping.
Other Shipping Deadlines
For USPS Priority Mail delivery before Christmas, USPS recommends ordering before 4 PM Eastern Time on December 14th. For UPS Ground shipping, UPS recommends ordering before 4 PM Eastern Time on December 13th. Please be aware that these shipping times are not guaranteed through the holiday season, as UPS and USPS expect delays.
Holiday Closures
Our Roastery is closed November 24th and 25th, December 26th, and January 2nd.
