Ever wonder how coffee’s flavor is shaped before it even reaches the roaster? From washed to natural, honey to wet-hulled, each processing method brings out something different in the cup — from bright and fruity to deep and earthy.
Beginning Monday March 20th, 2017, we will donate $1.00 from every bag of our Rally Blend coffee sold online and in stores to community nonprofit organizations. Funds will be split between Ithaca Welcomes Refugees and the International Refugee Assistance Project. Both organizations provide critical, life-saving aid to refugees in New York State
Here at Gimme! Coffee, we have a few relationship coffees that hold a special place in our hearts, and what better time for the return of one of our favorites, Peru Chirinos, than February, the month of love!
One of the most exciting parts of our jobs at Gimme is getting to try new coffees, and sharing them with you! This month we have three new coffees: one seasonal blend and two African coffees, one from Ethiopia and one from Kenya.
We are incredibly excited to introduce two new coffees in December, one coffee from our friends at the Long Miles Coffee Project in Burundi, along with one from Brazil. Both of these coffees have quickly created a buzz in our roastery, and we are incredibly excited to share them with you!
