Return Policy

You can return coffee beans within 14 days of the ship date.
You can return other merchandise within 30 days of the ship date.
Returns must arrive in their original, new condition including all original packaging.
Charges will be refunded to your credit card within 30 days of our receipt of return.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. All return shipping charges must be pre-paid.
Items purchased online can be exchanged, but not returned, to Gimme! Coffee retail stores.
