A natural processed coffee is one that is dried within the coffee cherry after harvesting. The result is an increased fruit character and a heavier body picked up from the pectins. This blend with natural processed coffee is both distinctive, and easy to love.
Our Natural Blend combines two of our relationship coffees, starting with our natural processed coffee from the Wottona Bultuma Cooperative in Ethiopia, who we have been working with for 3 years now. We have paired this with coffee from Angel and Marta Mejia from Honduras, who we have also been working with for 3 years, to create a unique, satisfying cup of coffee.
