The Story
These beans hail from the rugged Kainantu region of the Eastern Highlands Province in Papua New Guinea. This exciting new addition to our roster is produced by the 400+ smallholder farmers of the Timuza Cooperative, which has been focused on quality since its founding in 2003. This coffee exhibits the cherished rich body and earthy flavors we love and expect from a Papuan coffee, while providing subtle fruity notes and a clean finish to sweeten the deal. Timuza received 1st Prize in the 2016 National Cupping Competition - at first sip, we think you'll see why!
