Founded in 2000, Gimme Coffee Cooperative is a specialty coffee roaster and retailer with a thriving wholesale business and cafe locations in Ithaca, NY.
Decades later, and still committed to doing things differently, we proudly became one of the first worker-owned companies in the coffee industry.

Locations
Gimme has cafes and espresso bars across New York. We served our first shot of “world-class neighborhood coffee to go” in 2000 at our Cayuga Street location in Ithaca, NY. We've been amazed and inspired by how neighborhoods come alive and people come together when there's a new gathering place on the block.
