Kenya Githaithi

Tasting Notes:
black currant, candied lemon, strawberry jam, pecan pie
shade grown

Grown in Murang’a County in Central Kenya, an area known for its rich soil and exceptional coffee quality. This washed coffee is fermented in concrete tanks and then allowed to dry slowly in the sun on large tables where the coffee is frequently rotated and covered in canvas tarps to reduce drying temperatures on particularly hot days. We love the vibrant, juicy acidity and hope you do too!
