This is our third year working with Maria Elena and Renardo Ovalle Vides, the third generation of operators at family-owned Finca La Bolsa in the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala. Over the years, the Vides family have implemented agricultural processes based on Rainforest Alliance standards, yielding a wonderfully balanced cup of coffee with stonefruit acidity and comforting chocolate and spice.
