Tasting Notes:

6-year direct trade relationship

Long Miles Coffee Project was founded in 2013 to improve the livelihood of coffee farmers in Burundi through investment in better farming practices and infrastructure. Along with the construction of two washing stations, Long Miles planted their own farm on Gitwe Hill, now in its second year of harvest. Working with local scouts to implement more holistic soil management and irrigation practices, they have not only improved the quality on their farm, but have engaged with neighboring farmers to help improve land management practices across the entire hill. We’re excited to be part of their story and offer this special coffee!
