Brazil produces more coffee than any other country, and indeed more than the next two top producers combined. In a country where enormous estates and highly technified agriculture are the norms, smallholder farmers need to work together to grow their market opportunities. Coop ASV has been steadily growing their membership for the last 20 years by focusing on transforming the lives of their members through smart investments and meaningful projects in women’s empowerment, clean energy and environmental health.
